Professional Focus

Meredith M. Lasna came to Pastori Krans from a large New England law firm where she represented national corporations, small family businesses, non-profit organizations, municipalities, and individuals.  At pastori | Krans, Meredith focuses her practice on employment and business disputes. Over the last 21 years, she has successfully moved to dismiss cases in federal court and prevailed on motions for summary judgment in cases involving the alleged negligence of property owners, claims of defamation and false imprisonment, along with alleged violations of consumer protection statutes. She has also successfully defended clients, including commercial and retail property owners, at trial.  Meredith’s focus is on securing an outcome that will maintain each client’s long-term reputation and providing clear communication during the process.

Career & Education

Meredith graduated magna cum laude from Lesley University with a B.S. in Human Services and Social Sciences. She earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2001.
