Jessica M. Viel joined Pastori | Krans from the New Hampshire Public Defender’s Office, where she represented clients in matters ranging from juvenile delinquency proceedings to Class A Felony level charges. She has extensive courtroom experience, having tried several jury and bench trials, as well as juvenile delinquency cases. Jessica has litigated high-stakes Motions to Suppress and Motions in Limine, advocating for her clients at every stage of the legal process.
