Counsel

Professional Focus

Kathleen Davidson has been publicly recognized by her peers as a leader in industry, with over 14 years of experience in employment law, family law and litigation.   In her employment law practice, she specializes in employee investigations, non-compete agreements, employment contracts, policy reviews and severance agreements.  In her family law practice, if there’s a battle over assets, she’s the one you want in your corner. Known for her uncanny ability to flag issues that others have overlooked, she is often asked to get involved in employee investigations and make recommendations for best employment practices.  She is often asked to speak on employment and family law.  Her background in social work, conflict management and resolution prepared her to listen closely to what perhaps is not being said.   She is sensitive to the severe emotional and financial toll of litigation, and therefore successfully settles the majority of her cases through mediation.
